Thanksgiving is this month and we can already smell the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie! It is one of those holidays where you can kick back, over-indulge in great food, and spend quality time with loved ones.
With Thanksgiving comes so many posts and articles written about things we are thankful for. Every single day we are thankful to be Realtors.
Why is being a real estate agent in Central Florida something to be thankful for? We’ve got three great reasons.

In case you have not noticed, Central Florida is booming! There is development and expansion in infrastructure going on everywhere. With all this development comes jobs and new residents. It is helping our economy recover and thrive!

We love the people we work with and for. Each day is something different that helps us learn and grow as professionals. We meet a lot of diverse people from all over the world with varied interests and that is transformative. Helping clients fulfill their dreams is important to all of us and guiding them through the real estate process is incredibly rewarding.

Last, but not least, we are grateful to help people find a place they can call home. We are selling more than houses! We are selling homes. We are helping families find places to make memories. We are helping parents find homes that will provide better futures for their children. We help newlyweds find homes that will mark the beginnings of their new lives together. We help empty nesters create new dreams and new lives now that their children have learned to soar on their own.
Watching these sales take place is exhilarating. A house becomes a home, and in that transformation, we get to witness the beginning of someone’s new chapter. We get to see their fear and their excitement, their joy and their love. It’s all there, and it’s so powerful. It’s a great reminder of just how incredible life can be.
